Thank you for shopping with Taplink. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully received.

Custom or personalized products may require additional processing time. If your order requires extra time, we will notify you whenever possible.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected
  • Order size and weight

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after order processing is complete.

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 7–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.


Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Taplink is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

Taplink is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Customs delays

If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first. We will assist where reasonably possible.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
