Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, inserts, and documentation
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized NFC cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered production, customization, or shipping, cancellation requests may not be possible.
